Rtr Benjamin, had a burning will - to provide water to the Tsunami victims of Sri Lanka. He chose his area very well. Chose the correct person for the job in Moratuwa. With proper planning and implementation and with the helping partnership of LIC Sri Lanka, the rotaractors were able to successfully finish the 3 phase project of 21 wells in Moratuwa, the needy.
